Ingredients
- 2 naan bread/flatbread
- 1 cup per pizza, leftover shredded turkey
- ¼ cup per pizza of your favourite BBQ sauce (Honey BBQ works great)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- ½ cup per pizza of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Method of Preparation
- Place naan/flatbread on cooking sheet
- Layer with your BBQ sauce of choice
- Spread a layer of shredded turkey on top of the sauce
- Sprinkle red pepper and onion over turkey
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350*F for 15-20 minutes or until naan/flatbread is golden brown on bottom
