Ingredients
- Hayter’s Small Sage and Onion Roast
- ½ cup ginger ale
- 1 cup of your favourite BBQ sauce
- Soft taco shells or tortillas
- Coleslaw (optional)
- Hot sauce (optional)
Method of Preparation
- Slow cook our 3lb Sage and Onion Turkey Roast on high for 4 hours with ½ cup ginger ale in the pot
- Add a cup of your favourite BBQ sauce, for the last 30 mins.
- To serve, put the turkey on a soft taco shell and top with coleslaw and/or hot sauce
- Enjoy!
