Ingredients

  • 3 – 4 cups turkey, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup ranch or caesar dressing
  • 1 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce (more if you want it spicy)
  • 1 cup cheddar or marble cheese, shredded
  • 1 brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun spice
  • 2 tbsp. Cumin spice
  • 1 sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bag multigrain tortilla chips


Method of Preparation

  • In a large bowl mix softened cream cheese, ranch or caesar dressing, spices, sour cream, and onion until well combined
  • Add Buffalo sauce, cheese, salsa, and shredded turkey
  • Once everything is well combined, place the mixture into a slow cooker and cook on high for 1-2 hours, or until everything is melty and delicious
  • Serve alongside multigrain tortilla chips and enjoy!
