Ingredients
- 3 – 4 cups turkey, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup ranch or caesar dressing
- 1 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce (more if you want it spicy)
- 1 cup cheddar or marble cheese, shredded
- 1 brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 container sour cream
- ½ cup salsa
- 2 tbsp. Cajun spice
- 2 tbsp. Cumin spice
- 1 sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 bag multigrain tortilla chips
Method of Preparation
- In a large bowl mix softened cream cheese, ranch or caesar dressing, spices, sour cream, and onion until well combined
- Add Buffalo sauce, cheese, salsa, and shredded turkey
- Once everything is well combined, place the mixture into a slow cooker and cook on high for 1-2 hours, or until everything is melty and delicious
- Serve alongside multigrain tortilla chips and enjoy!
