This lemon recipe is light and refreshing, not a heavy marinade which is perfect for a late dinner or excellent in a Spinach Salad. Try it with Arugula. The nutty flavour of the Arugula and the mild lemon blends together quite nicely.
Ingredients
4 plain Hayter’s Turkey Tenderloins
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp onion. Minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
Method of Preparation
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Pour over fillets and let marinate for 4 hours or overnight. Lightly oil grill and preheat barbecue to medium. Grill fillets for 8-10 minutes each side until juices run clear or internal temperature is 165F/74C . Serve these delicious and nutritious turkey fillets with your favourite vegetables.
