- 12 slices of Hayter’s Farm Turkey Deli Meat
- 5 Large Tortilla Shells
- 1 Head of Boston Lettuce
- 1 Block of Room Temp Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 Heaping Tsp of Dijon Mustard
- 2 Sprigs of Green Onion, Sliced
- A Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
- Some Hot Sauce of Your Choice
- Pepper to Taste
Method of Preparation
- Mix the room temp cream cheese, taco seasoning, dijon mustard, green onions, garlic powder, hot sauce and pepper together. Ensure it’s all incorporated.
- Lay out your Tortilla shell.
- Add a couple tablespoons of cream cheese filling and spread evenly on the entire tortilla shell.
- Layer on your lettuce (about 2-3 leaves).
- Layer on your deli meat (about 2-2.5 slices).
- Tightly roll your tortilla shell and secure it with toothpicks, spaced approximately 1 inch apart from each other.
- Cut the loose ends off and then cut between the toothpicks to create single serving bite size (or two) pieces.
