Ingredients

  • 12 slices of Hayter’s Farm Turkey Deli Meat
  • 5 Large Tortilla Shells
  • 1 Head of Boston Lettuce
  • 1 Block of Room Temp Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Heaping Tsp of Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Sprigs of Green Onion, Sliced
  • A Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
  • Some Hot Sauce of Your Choice
  • Pepper to Taste


Method of Preparation

  1. Mix the room temp cream cheese, taco seasoning, dijon mustard, green onions, garlic powder, hot sauce and pepper together. Ensure it’s all incorporated.
  2. Lay out your Tortilla shell.
  3. Add a couple tablespoons of cream cheese filling and spread evenly on the entire tortilla shell.
  4. Layer on your lettuce (about 2-3 leaves).
  5. Layer on your deli meat (about 2-2.5 slices).
  6. Tightly roll your tortilla shell and secure it with toothpicks, spaced approximately 1 inch apart from each other.
  7. Cut the loose ends off and then cut between the toothpicks to create single serving bite size (or two) pieces.
